Privacy Policy

1. Summary

DoseDash is built by Appable, an independent iOS studio. Your health data is yours: doses, side effects, meals, weight and notes are stored on your device by default, and AI insights are generated on-device. We collect the minimum amount of data needed to operate and improve the app, and we never sell your personal information.

2. Health data you log

Everything you log in DoseDash — medications, doses, injection sites, side effects, nutrition, hydration, weight, measurements, photos and notes — is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it, and it is not uploaded to our servers.

If you enable Apple Health integration, DoseDash reads data such as steps and workouts with your permission. That data is used only inside the app and is handled according to Apple’s HealthKit rules — it is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

3. What we collect

We collect very little personally identifiable information. We don’t collect personal data beyond your email address, and only when you give it to us (for example, in a support request).

We use a third-party analytics SDK to gather non-personal diagnostic data, such as:

• Your iPhone’s system version and language
• Coarse geolocation information (country/region level)
• Anonymous events about which screens are viewed and which actions are taken inside the app

We use this data to improve the app. It cannot be used on its own to identify you, and we do not combine it with any identifier that would. Your logged health data is never included in analytics.

4. Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your payment details.

5. Website

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not require an account. Standard server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) may be kept briefly for security and reliability.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because your logs live on your device, deleting the app deletes your data. You can also export or clear your data from within the app’s settings at any time.

7. Children

DoseDash is not directed at children. The App Store age rating for DoseDash is 16+.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
