1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the DoseDash iOS application and this website, operated by Appable. By downloading or using DoseDash, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Not medical advice

DoseDash is a tracking and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

  • The medication-level chart is an educational estimate based on published half-life data — it is not a measurement of the medication in your body.
  • Reminders, insights, suggestions and reports are for information only. Never adjust your dose, schedule or diet based on the app.
  • Always follow the guidance of your prescriber, pharmacist and care team, and read the official patient information for your medication.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you log and for how you use the app. If you experience concerning symptoms, contact a medical professional or emergency services — do not rely on the app.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

DoseDash offers optional in-app purchases, processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your device’s Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Intellectual property

DoseDash, the Mivo character and all related artwork, design and content are the property of Appable. All third-party trademarks — including Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Saxenda®, Rybelsus®, Trulicity® and Victoza® — are the property of their respective owners. DoseDash is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any pharmaceutical company.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

DoseDash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
